关键在与Hudson Tunnel，看地图的话会发现NJ Transit还有Amtrak那么多条线，全都交汇到Hudson Tunnel这一点上，这一点一旦出事全都得卡住，但这条隧道本身也年久失修了，小事故是难免的。

法官叫停了，而且这次是最终判决。但这么搞还是很头疼的，工程项目里那么多人力物力的调动，不是说停就停说恢复就恢复的。除此之外，就我本人的工作经验来看，美国土木行业就是缺人，这个项目已经算是由于其重要性不得不搞，集结美国国家队的实力重点搞的项目了，但实际上人力还是不够。唯一的好处就是像我这样没多少经验的有工作干。
