I’m writing to share how much I’m looking forward to my upcoming stay with you. This will be my first visit to XXXXX, as well as my first experience with XXXXX. I’ve heard consistently excellent things about XXXXX — especially the thoughtful service and unique guest experience — and I’m genuinely excited to experience it firsthand.

I’ll be in XXXXXprimarily for business, and I expect to be traveling here more frequently going forward. With that in mind, I was quite intentional in choosing your property, and I’m hopeful this stay can be the beginning of a longer-term relationship.

My reservation was made through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts, which I truly value for the elevated and personalized experience it offers. If availability allows, I would sincerely appreciate being considered for a suite upgrade. Additionally, if there are any enhanced benefits or signature experiences available for guests, I would be very grateful to be considered.

I expect to arrive at the hotel around XXXX PM, and wanted to share this in advance in case it’s helpful for planning purposes.
