如题 手机在阿根廷玩的时候被飞车抢走 他们抢走之后还试图去更改我的Apple id密码 被我抢先改了 所以导致find my iPhone自动关了
第一次file claim被aig（Apple care保险公司）拒绝 说因为find my 关闭了 所以提交了appeal 现在已经过去快一个月了 case 还在under investigation 打电话就说这周给我更新 然后周末问就是还没有更新 下周一定 已经吼了客服不知道多少次 到现在还不给结果 新手机都买好了 想问问这种情况应该咋办 给cook发邮件管用吗
