本来我是想2024年底的时候去办的，当时是12月17号（星期二凌晨）的时候给亚特兰大墨西哥领馆发邮件预约

17号早上9点领馆就回复了邮件说12月的预约都满了，让我1月份再预约

是的，官网写了要发邮件预约

For visa application request at the General Consulate of Mexico in Atlanta, we attend only and exclusively by appointment. You must request your appointment only by email [email protected] Appointments are not made by phone.

泥潭的DP都是说在网上预约或者打电话预约，我是直接选择了发邮件预约，下面有邮件模板

要注意的是预约的时间不能早于3天或晚于2周

于是楼主12月30号又发了一封同样的邮件（改了日期）

但是跨年期间领馆应该不上班了，这次等到了1月6号领馆才回复邮件告知成功预约了1月13号早上的签证面试
材料准备：

签证所需要的材料在官网上已经写清楚了，但是我这里想提供一些特殊的DP

官网需要的材料:

Fill out the visa application form. (click here)
Attend a consular interview in person with previous appointment.
Valid passport in original and one photocopy of the page containing personal information.
One photo passport size, in color, no glasses, frontal view, face uncovered and white background.
If the applicant is not native of the country where the visa is requested, original and copy of the document demonstrating migratory legal status in the United States is needed.
Present the documents that prove one of the following cases:

a. Economic Solvency:

Originaland photocopy of investments or bank accounts (certified and stamped by the bank)with a monthly balance equivalent to five thousand days of minimum wage valid in Mexico City during last twelve months; or
Original and photocopy of employment verification letter accompanied with the original bank statements (certified and stamped by the bank), or proof of pension, with monthly income free of tax equivalent to three hundred days of minimum wage in Mexico City during last six months.

Employment verification letter must contain the following details: signed in originally by the employer with a copy of their official identification attached, addressed to the Consulate General, printed on the company’s letterhead, indicate the applicant’s name, their position and monthly income, and specify that the applicant can work remotely.

以下是我准备的材料：

填好的申请表（国籍写中国，用的红本信息），还多带了2份空的申请表以防万一重新填
打印了当时领馆回复的邮件（上面有预约的时间），其实不用打印，不查这个
红本和红本复印件（我其实做了两手准备，蓝本和蓝本复印件也带了）
一张护照照片（Walgreens打印的）
入籍证明书（Naturalization Certificate）和复印件
最复杂的一步，因为楼主用的是Fidelity。官网说要Original还要Stamp and certified。Fidelity根本不提供这个服务，所以打印了12个月的账单和6个月的工资单，好在后来面试够用了，下面会细讲。

这里展开讲一下上面的第六步都准备了什么

官网写的那两个条件我其实是无法达成的，因为Fidelity不提供盖章认证

所以我准备了以下材料

Fidelity上打印了12个月的月账单（12张)

没有打印所有的页面，因为实在太多了，没那么多纸

只打印了其中显示余额和账号的页面
打印了工作的offer letter
打印了6个月的工资单
打印了Fidelity6个月账单里显示存入工资的那一页，只打印和工资单上金额匹配的那一页，因为Fidelity账单太多页了（6张）
Fidelity当前余额信，这个可以在Fidelity账单页面打出来，但是不会显示前12个月的余额，不过这上面有Fidelity Operation VP的签名

可以看出我准备的材料里没有Original也没有Stamp，都只是复印件罢了
面试：

到领事馆，停车，进门，跟保安说是Visa Appointment，保安手里有预约名单，找到你的名字划掉然后就可以过安检

过完安检前台会告诉你签证面试在二楼，当时有一个保安直接带我上去了

面试全过程记不清了，以下是大概

见面寒暄礼貌问好

我跟面试官说要申请临时居民签证因为想去墨西哥旅游学西班牙语

面试官没多问，就开始看我准备的材料

申请表，红本和复印件，护照照片，入籍证明书和复印件都没问题

接下来看收入证明

问了我工作多久，于是我提供了offer letter

我跟面试官说了Fidelity不提供盖章认证的服务，面试官也理解

面试官收了以下材料

工作的offer letter
12个月的月账单余额页面
Fidelity的当前余额信

所以6个月工资单和Fidelity的账单没用上

最后把我打的护照照片剪了贴到了申请表上，然后让我下楼去付钱之后再上楼找她

签证费是54刀，不是官网上写的53刀，以后可能还会涨

下楼如果不知道在哪付钱可以问前台，会给你指路

大概就是在一楼玻璃门后面，过了玻璃门上面有个牌子写着CAJA就是付钱的地方

付完钱会在你的申请表上盖章，然后给你2张发票，一张自己留着，一张给面试官

然后上楼找面试官，里面可能有其他人在面试，所以会在外面等一会

等轮到了把申请表和发票给面试官，然后面试官就让你走了等下午两点半再来取护照

红本和复印件
入籍证明书和复印件
申请表（护照照片贴上面了）和签证费发票
12个月Fidelity的余额账单页
工作offer letter

下午两点半回来取了以下材料

红本（上面贴了墨西哥临时居民签证，有效期6个月）
入籍证明书原件

两点半的时候人有点多，所以在一楼等了大概十分钟才上二楼拿回护照和入籍证明书
