懒癌晚期，刚刚想起来今天有一趟从北京到韩国的用VS 里程 出的大韩 KE856. 打给国内号码（021 61361777），每次都被挂断。打给美国客服，升级到 supervisor 后，印度supervisor 说可以给我弄 one time exception，退里程以及税费，但要收取 $250 的退票费，并且要了我的信用卡信息，以及发给我一个email 作为确认。想问一下，如果我确认的话，会被收取 $250 退票费吗？订的头等舱，用了 1万5千积分加100块人民币，如果一定收取退票费的话，可以直接 not show up 吗？谢谢大家 Greetings from Flight Reservations.
