账号被锁了一年了，去年3月转分给给LD的时候被temporary hold了。 但是由于我的绑定手机号不用了，导致我也无法改绑。之前打电话问了一下客服，说没办法接开，还有救吗？ There have been an unusually large number of point transfers into the account you sent points to. For security reasons this has caused a temporary hold to be placed on your account. Please contact Member Support and verify the information on your account to have this temporary hold removed. 两个号都是很干净的号，大约一两年都没有其他人转入转出积分

其实没有故事，就是当时转了几万分给LD账号，我号就被on hold了。我去打电话求解，然后说我绑定手机收不到验证码的话就没法解锁。我记得好像说会escalate上去，但是后面好像没有回复了。
