如题。打算在台北用citi se 的300刀credit订两晚酒店，看了大家的推荐选了regent（君悦真心不敢住。。）
没想到付款的时候显示“payment cannot be processed”
google了一下发现有很多网友有类似的经历
以为是什么系统bug
就给客服打电话
也经历了citi travel和credit card客服之间踢皮球
最后的最后，citi travel的客服帮我联系tech部门，得到的答复竟然是因为酒店对国籍有限制？？？？
第一次听说这种奇葩理由hhh
