目前持有 Summit 卡，计划近期去 夏威夷，想请教一个 99 基友票的问题：如果只有 Summit 卡，是否可以 收一张 99 基友票，然后用 Summit 卡付款出票？
不太确定规则，想看看有没有相关 DP。

Who can use my Companion Fare code?
The Atmos™ Rewards member who owns the Companion Fare code must either be one of the travelers or the purchaser of the reservation. If the member is allowing two travelers to use his or her Companion Fare code, then the member’s name must match the name on the credit card used to purchase the reservation.
Both the primary fare and the Companion Fare must be purchased using your eligible Atmos™ Rewards Visa® card.
