严格来说确实不行，因为定义是

Eligible purchases are airfare purchases for a scheduled flight

有人买gc去找客服（whoever is viewing this请不要找客服），客服也说不给报 Aspire AC gc 不能報銷了

但实际上这个定义很宽泛，amex也懒得管。
