不知道线下能不能破地址限制，想着哪天跑一趟PA
楼下给了，这家的mailing address可以和注册address不一样，所以可以用以前的旧地址开户（只要还在chex上）debit和文件寄到新地址。我是用搬家前的旧地址开户的
