我搜了一下，泥潭1月2月都有朋友说退回来了prorate，venture venturex都有。所以我非常奇怪，难道是新policy？

Had VX for four years, annual fee posted Feb 25th, statement closed 28, used the $300 travel credit,
Paid the annual fee of $395 on March 10th, kept asking the customer service for retention offer(I read a lot of people got $200 travel credit after spending $2000) but no retention offer, March 17th the 10,000 anniversary bonus miles posted, asked again on 18th if there’s any retention offers, was told no, downgraded venture x to venture one on March 18th, full refund of $395 annual fee posted on March 20th
To summarize: used $300, have retained the anniversary bonus miles and have received full fee back
不要打电话。直接app或者online降级。我的还有一个月收年费，降级后，直接退了1/4的年费。

确实是客服上树 打电话降级venture one后退了全部年费。
DP: 3/25 charge annual fee, 今天打电话降级，客服直接说帮我waive了。估计是今天运气比较好
所以最后是waive annual fee然后留着venture x吗，还是downgrade了之后退AF呀？
