“Bilt Housing Payments” means eligible residential rent or mortgage payments made through the Bilt App or website,
including other housing-related fees billed directly by your property manager or mortgage servicer, such as HOA dues,
utilities, property taxes, amenity fees, gym fees and any other amounts agreed upon by you and Bilt.
这么看交地产税没问题 而且housing payment里有AS卡选项

这么看好像是 需要mortgage servicer的pay，看来是要escrow
