两小时前收到email：
We wanted to update you about your request to transfer a credit balance of $xxx from your account above to your other account ending with xxx.
Here’s what we did
Because this credit balance was greater than the account balance in your other account, we made sure to apply $xxx to your other account and then issued you a check for the remaining $xxx. Once you receive it, please be sure to deposit or cash it within 120/180 days as per the date issued on check.
