To ensure your stay remains enjoyable, we’re pleased to offer one (1) of the following options: · If you prefer to be away from the impacted tower, we can assign your reservation to an unaffected room, based on availability . Please note that rooms with balcony access are not eligible for compensation. · We’re happy to offer a complimentary upgrade to a room with Ocean View , based on availability . These rooms are located in the area where restoration work is taking place and there will be no balcony access. Noise will be present during construction hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) . 感觉waive390的resort fee有点少啊。。。。能不能讨饭？

电话里讨了first night free parking都没有 （之前在Sheraton有，不知道万豪其他有没有） checkin 时打算再问问

我觉得可以问 因为resort fee相当于补偿你那些本来能用的设施不能用了 但是也肯定也需要补偿你噪音和阳台不能用吧 390有点太少了……

These rooms are located in the area undergoing balcony restoration, and construction noise will be present during working hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM). As a gesture of appreciation, the daily resort fee will be waived for the length of your stay. · If you feel our hotel is no longer the right fit for your vacation, we will waive any cancellation fees, allowing you to rebook at another property with peace of mind.

建议直接提前沟通要求match之前"朋友"的offer 有一说一我觉得他们有点被薅疼了 我一个月前去的时候 小银卡 5*fn 按邮件给了ocean view+waive resort fee 结果进屋发现水槽里有一堆巨大的类似药渣的垃圾 最后找客房部经理撕了五天的full hot breakfast 前台和经理还都是太君 那个经理看了照片就一直斯米马赛

这家去年住的时候就觉得这个阳台好像有点危险。。
