自问自答，不需要 transaction 真的 settle 就可以交易了。Deposit $5k 之后一分钟内就弹窗说 $500 你选择的加密货币已经到了，当时 BTC 略微上涨，算上手续费卖出损失不到 $5 还可以。今天开盘后全部买了 BIL 就这么放 90 天好了。
具体经历是我转到 Chase 之后还是不能直接入金，debit card 或者 ACH 都不行，也从来没收到过银行的验证短信之类的。最后还是把账户绑进 PayPal 然后通过 PayPal 入金的。也许 PayPal + 银行账户就是比较稳当吧。

感谢。麻烦再确认一下哪一笔算的 first trade 呢？是 sell BTC 还是后面 buy ETF 的 trade 呢？（我只看得到 10 位 position ID 买卖都是一个 ID 我再找找具体 trade 的 ID 看看，eToro 这个 statement 怎么这么奇怪啊。）
Update: 算了，我还是开个 ticket 问问吧，这个 portfolio history 我是真的没看懂。里面只显示 position 不显示 individual trade 而且甚至都不显示我买的 BIL 的 position. 点开 closed BTC position 里面只有 BUY BTC (rewards) 没有 SELL 可是没有 SELL 这个 position 又是怎么 closed 呢？Account statement 好一些，至少交易对的上了，可是还是没有 trade ID 只有 position ID.
