A: 之前要打电话、给栗子卡后面那个号码的客服,叫他们把卡寄给你，或者secure message。现在加副卡的时候会自动enroll pps 并寄出pps卡。

A: 2-3个星期吧? (楼下有人说现在不会寄实体卡给栗子AU了)

Q: 赶着用怎么办?

A: 加了au之后不需要enroll 也会在主用户的chase app里面拿AU的QR code,可以进sapphire lounge and other pp lounges like an actual pp QR code. 问题是我爸在LGA 被说AU PP 不能带guest，非常奇怪。

A: Download the new priority pass+ app and register there using your digital pass number (or use the 4 digit code)

Q: Why am I getting a “record not matching” error when attempting to register for PP for my AUs?

A: if you added two or more AUs on the same day, there’s a high chance their names all got messed up and doesn’t match what’s in your Chase app’s au pass section. When registering, try using AU1’s name, then if that doesn’t work, flip the first and last name. If that doesn’t work, try AU2’s name, then if that doesn’t work flip the first and last name, etc. This replyhas more details.

Q: Why is it showing au1 with pp id 1234 on the overview screen but when I click in, the QR code is for AU2?

A: common issue, source of truth is the actual QR code I think. This happens if you add the AUs too fast. Space them out by a day and you won’t encounter this.

Q: 我的AU pp 名字和pp qr code 都是混乱的, 怎么修啊?

A: 如果没注册pp账号的话,先给每个AU注册一个pp 号. 没有收到信的话没问题,用新的priority pass+ app 可以直接用号码注册.

注册账号的时候可以输入名字, 在这里你把First Name 和Surname 填好.

注册完之后登入,然后会看见账号名字,如果账号名字和qr code 上的名字不一样,打电话给pp 客服 18003522834 叫他们update both “name” and “name on the membership card” fields to match. pp客服改完之后, chase app里面的pp qr code 的名字会自动update

Q: My AU didn’t bring their au ritz card, only showed the priority pass qr code to sapphire lounge, why is he getting an error saying “The guest made a Sapphire Lounge by The Club Visit on [earlier date] and is not qualified for complimentary entry today”?

A: Because AU PP is set up incorrect inside the PP system, it’s treated as a standard PP and not a ritz PP, even if the app says “ritz au”. As a result, it seems like you can only go to 1 sapphire lounge a year if you don’t bring your physical ritz card. To be on the safe side, have your AUs bring their physical ritz credit cards if they plan on visiting sapphire lounges more than once per year.

Q: Do the AUs have the ability to bring 2 guests for free?

A: Tried it at LGA sapphire lounge and they said the pp QR code won’t let them add any guests, not sure if that’s BS by the lounge worker. Other people reported success bringing in guests using the AU PPS

我认为这个qa完全outdated了 根据个人刚刚的dp：

不需要手动enroll pps. 加完副卡自动enroll并且寄出pps实体卡。这是11月改的政策 有明文出处但不记得在哪里了

副卡会寄到主卡地址 但是实体pps卡会寄到副卡地址（如果添加副卡的时候填写了和持卡人不同的地址）

这个四个以上副卡可能杀全家有来源吗

客服也是跟我說只要主卡enroll，加副卡就會自己寄，目前也已經看到digital

这个方法已经outdated了，现在不需要这种特殊链接了，我试了好多次都成功不了

不光需要卡号，关键是需要实体信上的4位code来激活

不懂就问，实体卡是不是不需要什么操作直接刷就行？上一次replace系统抽风，直接给我发了两份一模一样的PPS新卡，以至于我至今不知道该刷哪一张…

我觉得有一个很难解决的问题是，怎么能在父母的华为手机上丝滑使用pp的app，试了很多办法，出境易上根本装不了pp，途悦的小程序也试了，国内版本的关联不上，途悦的服务号倒是有链接，但本质上还是让你登录pp的网站https://my.prioritypass.com/zh-CN/login

用web版本来找lounge跟显示qr code，变成了每次使用都要登录账号了，用户体验直线下降，而且网页版用起来挺渣的，加载特别慢，用过pp app的我们非必要绝对不会想去使用网页版，我教我妈用过一次后我自己都不想再用了…但一时半会儿也找不到什么别的好办法，总不能为了用个pp专门备个iPhone吧

不确定诶，没有在没激活的情况下直接用过，你可以试试 按理说两张卡卡号一样的话只有激活任意一张两张都能用吧

可以试试email apk file 过去， 老人家点email里的apk file 直接安装

不过不知道国内手机要不要开permission to install apks

apk基本没几个老人能搞定，还不如登录网页版

这里看到qr code后可以add to apple wallet

在apple wallet中选择右上角的share，可以通过email或者imessage将.pkpass文件分享给家人

家人下载后可以直接添加到他自己的apple wallet

如果是面对面的话，也可以直接airdrop

至于app查看可用lounge，直接下载app注册个账号就可以查看了，不需要绑定任何卡片。注意不绑定任何卡片的状态下查看到的是所有可用pps的list，ritz的话，eat那里的餐厅不可以用，其他都是可以用的

之前的经验是都可以注册账户，账号验证也能过。但是普通页面和Chase的页面注册的账号就是空账号没有会员。只有JP Morgam页面注册的账号能够关联。

感谢，正好碰到这个问题，刚升级的。PP界面注册时候用信用卡后四位没用，貌似必须等他们寄activation code。想提前用PP，之前不知道有QR code，chase跟pp互相踢皮球。主卡PP实体卡一个礼拜就寄到了，副卡居然是分开寄的。

Called Priority Pass, they call out this part of their website terms:

crap，加了两个AU, B and C，出问题了

AU digital pass screen 只看见 A and B, 没看见C。然后点进去B的名字，显示的是C。。。渣IT

edit: User C showed up now, when I click to show the QR code I see user B’s name. Whatever, as long as they each get a QR code. I’ll have them to try their luck at the lounge again.

五个AU，内心开始慌张了

回来更新一下dp:

需要先装一个apk mirror installer https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/apkmirror/apkmirror-installer-official/，注意要选apk文件下载，而不能选bundle(apkm)下载，下载后在本机安装就行了

然后priority pass在apkmirror只有bundle/apkm下载https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/priority-pass/priority-pass/，选最新版本的apkm下载，然后通过刚刚下载的apk mirror installer来装这个apkm

装了app之后还是丝滑很多，就是不知道以后会不会因为太久不更新而打不开了

亲测十分简单高效！前段时间看到别的那几个各种电话和客服的真是太可怕了

求帮助：

12.4 申请了ritz卡 把我爸妈加为AU 副卡；并且同日发了secure message 申请PP；12.5 说帮我activate PP；Chase 回复说 PP 卡已经寄出，并让我等待两周。

现在已经过去五、六周，我仍然没有收到卡。打电话给chase 和PP 相互踢皮球，在PP的系统里完全找不到我爸妈的名字，chase的app里没有AU的digital membership

1.5 打电话给Chase，并与一位supervisor通话。她确认出现了错误，并表示 Priority Pass 尚未发放。该主管提交了新的激活请求，并说会在 1月8日 前完成。后来又打了至少十个电话都没有人能激活pp卡

我在 1月9日 再次打电话，与一个supervisor打电话两小时，还是没办法解决，pp仍然没有更新或采取任何行动。PP在app的digital membership只有我自己的，还是没有更新。

PPS的边际效用几乎没有，这下就纯是$150买85k fn了

刚刚开了几个副卡，现在是不要取消掉了

正准备升ritz，副卡pps就被砍了，那还是薅完今年的100 credit再说吧

我的AU们PPS过期日一样（不同时期创建的），但和我不一样，真神奇

之前AU注册的 PPS账号 现在登陆老PPS app 自动pop说we’are moving and saying goodbye to this app soon

十分感谢，通过这个方法注册AU的PPS成功了。但栗子au登录的PP+ App 没有显示可以携带guest。请问主卡人的PP+ App里会有显示显示可以携带guest吗，因为我是au看不到这个信息。

我这个好奇怪，下载了PPS+之后选择注册账号，填写邮箱以后，进入Enter membership details填写Membership number First name Last name 。分别填写了Digital Membership Number和名字。

一直显示Details don’t match our records. Please check and try again

包括我自己的主账号登录以后想合并其他账号。如果通过填写实体卡号，也是这个错误。如果是通过用户名密码合并，就说我的账号还没有迁移到PPS+。

多亏我愚蠢地灵机一动，注册成功了。希望 @divinebaboon 能够加在主贴里帮谭友节约时间。

我为父母同时开了两张副卡，注册的时候验证会员信息一直没有通过。在我愚蠢地灵机一动下发现了问题：Chase或者PPS把所有信息都搞错了——会员号码和姓名的顺序全都错了。

在Chase App里显示如下

父亲的账号：

在PPS上验证信息的正确答案，以及PPS注册的会员信息是

我也是。你直接用副卡卡号和主卡名字在pp+上注册一个新账号（不同的邮箱）. 成功后上面显示的是主卡名字和副卡卡号。但sign out ，在sign in 副卡的账号。名字就自动改过来了。主卡账号里的副卡卡号也神奇消失了。

我的不行。我现在是成功把两个PPS号分到两个 email account了。 但是两个pps账号都是副卡人的名字。 first last name还是颠倒。 而且电话号码只有四个国家可选，印度 英国乌克兰西班牙。。。

再等等看， 应该会自动改过来。我是第二天再登录时，才看到名字改了。所以不确定是等了多久系统才更正过来。

我有另一个副卡也是名字颠倒了。但过了一两天，在app+上也自动改了过来。

我的app裡面是 mom name , 1234567 | Dad name 7654321

結果PPS+ 註冊的時候 變成是mom name 7654321, Dad Name 1234567

然後新PPS+ 只能email註冊 沒有userid可以選 有點麻煩

我新加了3个AU，app里看到a名a号，b名b号，c名c号。点a名说cannot find。点b显示c名b号，点c显示a民c号

I did register with email successfully. But the problem is with this registration method it only gives me login via email option, but not able to register a user id, which is going cause me some problem when I need to login on my parents devices.

So I just decided to close two AUs, add on by one later with calling and request the 4 digit code. The online register option have the username login option, which would be easier for them to use. Otherwise they have to use my email to login all time

Dragonite 他要从新操作然后找pp 要4位pin 是因为他要给父母注册账号,然后父母习惯用用户名和密码来登入

如果你的AU 可以用email 登入这个方法的话,没必要那样操作,只需要:

Add AU to chase
Go in chase app and get the PP qr code for the AU
Download PP+ app
Put in an email for the AU
Put in the PP number from step 2 and put in PP’s name, if you get “no match” error then change the name and try again
Get a 2FA pin in the email from step 4, put it in PP+
Done

btw when I tried to log in to my old pp account that uses username and password, I am being forced to covert to the email sign in method. @Dragonite your efforts might be futile

自己用的是安卓，早上把pass shared给国内的家人，他们用苹果的点开后，需要登入我的谷歌账号，并不能直接加到他们的苹果钱包里面。登入我的谷歌账号是可以看到pass，但是那还是在我的谷歌钱包账号里面，不能转存到他们的苹果钱包

我本周六添加了第四个AU，之前三个添加后10分钟就能在 APP 端 Benefits&Travel——Explore Lounges 里面看到AU的PP卡，然后直接用显示的卡号注册PP+账号，但是第四个等了24小时后仍然看不到，有人有类似DP不？

周六的缘故还是要杀了

早上致电了chase，说他们那边也看不到，猜测是周末PP那边还没有更新；现在能看到了

A few new developments:

My AU1 got un-registered, putting in the email while logging in on the plus app asks for the full card number and name, which results in record no match error. The other way to register is via a 12 digit activation code, but the letter from last month with the pp card only had a 4 digit code, so can’t use that either. Hopefully the physical pp card still works.

Edit: found out they swapped the first and last name of AU1, and everything is all caps. wtf are they doing

AU2 and AU3 registered via the plus app a few weeks ago, today I logged in successfully and found out their names have switched to match the chase app pp QR code names, instead of the initial registration names, what a shit show.

上个礼拜升级的Ritz卡，之前Boundless已经有两个AU。卡估计是2nd day UPS寄到了，三张一起。Chase App里可以看到三个PPS的信息。下载Priority Pass+ App，用电子卡号注册成功。一个多星期后收到PPS的纸质信，里面没有卡，就说用信用卡本身和App里的电子卡。写着是只能带2 guests。

名字还是需要对上的。其实要看机场PPS的人，家人试过不给。最后PS过，对上人名才放进去。

每张PP卡应该都有个绑定的付款方式的，一般就是您办理PP的信用卡。比如amex白金如果超过带人人数，前台不会当场收费，但是PP过段时间会会自动扣信用卡$35。

来报个最新的DP：家人是AU，今天（2/27）在机场刷 PP的 app 改版前加到Apple Wallet 的二维码，由于显示主卡人的名字而不能入內。最后是用了Chase app 的二维码截图才成功
