我后来打了电话，客服也确认了，说后面确定了问题会邮件回复的，然后就一周没消息了真的避雷cardless吧
我那个pending的points打了客服倒是有效果 tracker就完全不好用
你的Avios多久到帐？我从开始刷卡到现在两个月了，一点Avios都没有到账。他家客服真是烂到家了

没有啊 我是前25000avios pending不给 后75000应该还要去撕逼
我过去两周已经给客服打了三个电话了 中间间隔四到五天
第一个说不给开case，只能等
第二个开了case 还escalate，说过几日就会处理
第三个说case还在处理，还说up to 12 weeks
目前好像也没什么别的办法
我现在也没消息 已经录屏了不知道有没有用
