我觉得稍微有点悬，翻了一下之前的 Target emgc PyaPal transaction，显示的时间不是收到 Target order confirmation email 的时间，而是一两分钟后发 emgc 的时间，所以可能是按 transaction clear 来算的 我昨晚还在 Target 下了个 $100 出头的吸尘器，都用 Pay in 4 买好了，最后还是取消了改用 Cash App Pay 直接 -20 更保险

Nordstrom和rack有时候会用ontrac，Levis也是，north face有时候也这样，号称加州一天内送到，仓库在南加，第二天送到北加，或者从reno往湾区送。
