beta: 通过digital wallet 那是线下支付。线上支付还是有很多需要直接填写卡号来交易的场景，要么需要商户/支付平台集成相关的某某 pay，要么就是依赖浏览器，例如 chrome + google wallet 那种和银行合作提供自动生成一次性虚拟卡号用于填写的功能。发卡机构这一端自行提供可单独管理的虚拟卡号还是有用的

不对，这个验证码是你别的卡的验证码，不是你要创建的卡的验证码 除非最近改了
