近期搞 ai 项目，在 stripe atlas 上注册了个公司 然后 atlas/perks中有很多羊毛，包括论坛里面前几天比较火的 2m free ChatGPT Team /uploads/short-url/b1RbpK2hoaDdQkZjtj8uS8FzWlk.png?dl=1 之前我以为这个里面的活动必须是atlas的客户才行（altas需要花 500usd 或者有 Referral 的话 350），论坛里大家都讨论过openai 的这个不少，好像人人都能薅到这个羊毛，我觉得这里面最大的羊毛还是开水星银行的 checking 吧，因为详情里面甚至没保持 90 天之类的条款，也就是 20000 放一天就给 1000bonus，算收益率年化 1000/20000*365=1825% 收益率。 按照 term 原文，理论上 stripe 客户就行，其实注册个 stripe 是 0 成本，开户是 0 成本，所以就是个 0 成本开户咯。 Stripe C-Corp customers get $1,000 when they reach a $20K balance within their first 90 days. 这里要求C-Corp和LLC，sole priortership不行。专门为了500块弄C-Corp和LLC不值得
其实中国护照都能注册 C corp
相比原来的存5000给500活动，这个新deal对LLC其实是改恶了，只是吸引C-corp给了更高的上限。 普通Refer bonus是存10k双方各得250，Stripe链接是存10k自己拿500，倒是两者等价。
是先注册stripe然后再点活动链接注册mercury吗？有点晕，这两个是怎么关联上的呀？
我的流程是用 atlas（stripe 的子业务） 注册的特拉华公司，大概 3 天注册好之后，在atlas/perks中有一些活动，其中有 stripe（图上第一个面 2500 手续费），也有 Mercury 就是存 2 万给 1k 具体他们怎么关联的，我也不知道
Stripe Atlas 本身主打的就是给没有 SSN，肉身也不在美国的人开 Delaware company。在美国的话有更便宜更快的选择，自己 DIY 也不难，主要是需要那些股份文档但现在 AI 就能搞
