接下来选lens里面选single vision，输入自己的prescription，然后不要选便宜的，选贵的Transitions(意思是变色镜片，到太阳下面自动会变深)，接下来Premium thin或者extra thin都ok，上面推荐度数大的选extra thin，最后一个treatment不要加，加进cart之后在cart页面里面可以加自己的insurance，直接用姓名加生日加zipcode就可以了，insurance id那个一直有错。

reddit上面说度数网上可以提交到6，但是实际上好像大于4他们都会cancel，原因好像是因为不能heat the frame所以度数太高的装不上去(?)

理论上应该是便宜的lens更便宜，但是不知道为啥Transition的lens加上去之后insurance减掉的钱更离谱

我自己的个例是：Eyemed的insurance加上去之后，如果选最便宜的普通镜片，最终价格是$180，如果选Transition，价格是$120。听说有的insurance可以把价格打到了$80(humana的insurance) 。智能眼镜本身是$299，加上镜片一般情况下是$500 600多到Transitions是$700 800多。

VSP的和Eyemed plan不对的可以看一下target optics，LensCrafters 和 glasses.com之类的，他们也有meta rayban的亚洲版，但是价格不知道会不会打到这么离谱

去LensCrafter问了一下， 他们说他们training的时候知道的就是最高-4，不能再高了，理由就是这个

他们发短信问了一下HQ回答也是这个

所以官网说度数更高只能去LensCrafter也是行不通的，Reddit上也有DP说到了LensCrafter，他们职员说刚接完电话说这个眼镜 -4以上做不了，官网怎么还送人过来

镜片可以在淘宝上买。我的镜片度数超了，没法通过官方渠道配。淘宝上找了一家配镜，没有度数限制还有不少可选项，200 RMB 搞定，海运过来自己装上效果很好，DIY 几乎没难度。
